My Personal Learning Plan

For this assignment, I took the ISTE self-assessment to discover my own confidence level in using technology in my instruction as an educator. After completing the survey, I used the results to establish two goals for myself to help me improve my performance and knowledge as an educator. I created a personal learning plan portfolio around these learning goals by developing a timeline of action steps that I will take to reach my goals, and I also discovered different resources that will be effective in assisting me with improving my instruction to be differentiated, student-centered, technology-based, and inclusive of all students.
